• Q: How do I get to the Mater Hospital?
The Mater Hospital is directly across from us; guests can walk across the road and access the lifts on Level 5. Signs are available near the lifts to direct guests to the Mater Public, Mater Private and Mater Mothers. The walk is only 3 minutes from the Hotel to the Hospital Car Park.

• Q: Where is the nearest bus stop?
Mater Hill Bus Station - about 1 minute walk.

• Q: How much is the car parking?
The car parking is $25 per day. If there are people visiting, then parking is $15 from 7am - 6pm.

• Q: How high is the carpark?
The car park is 2.2 metres.

• Q: Does the hotel have a swimming pool and gym facilities?
Yes, the hotel a pool and a gym.

• Q: Does the Hotel offer Room Service?
The hotel does not have a restaurant; however, we offer the service UBER Eats where we will process the order on the guest's behalf and charge a $6 service fee. The hotel also has a partnership with the Coffee Club; guest can eat at the Coffee Club and have it charge back to the room.

• Q: How far is it to walk to South bank Parklands?
It is a 7-minute walk.

• Q: Do the Studio Apartments have balconies?
None of the Studio Apartments have balconies.

• Q: Can guests smoke on the property?
Yes, however they can only smoke on the balcony.
