Gym:
Our Guest Gymnasium is located on the third floor and is available to all guests.
Open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
To access the gym, simply scan your room key on the black scanner and push open
the door.
Lap Pool:
The lap pool is located on level 3 of the property
- Pool is open 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Self Service Laundry Facilities Available
- Free to use for all guests, washer & dryer located in laundry room with complimentary washing powder.
Security & Access
Front Door Locking Hours:
For your security, the front doors are locked from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Overnight Access: Use your room key card for access during these hours. Please
ensure that only you use your key card for entry and prevent unauthorized access.
Security Surveillance:
The hotel features 24/7 video surveillance for the safety of our guests.
If you notice any security issues, please report them immediately to Reception.

Enjoy a meal or coffee at The Coffee Club located at Mater Hill.
If you wish to have your charges billed to your room or company, please visit
Reception to collect a room chargeback card.
Visitor Guidelines
Visitor Registration:
For your safety and security, all visitors must register at Reception.
Visitor Hours:
No visitors are allowed after 9:00 PM unless they are registered guests.
No Parties or Large Groups:
Hotel Diana South Brisbane has a strict No Party Policy.
Guests will be asked to leave the property if this policy is violated.
Apartment Servicing
Service Schedule:
Your apartment is serviced daily, except for Xmas Day, unless otherwise arranged.
Please inform Reception immediately if any spills or damage occur. Guests are
responsible for the cost of professional cleaning for any damage beyond normal
wear and tear.

Parking Information
On-Site Parking:
Signed check-in parking is available either on the left-hand side or the right hand side of reception. After checking in, you can use your room key to access the secure car parking area.
Parking Fee:
$25.00 per night.
Dishwasher Instructions
1. Load the Dishwasher:
Place soiled crockery and cutlery into the dishwasher.
2. Add Dishwashing Powder:
A sachet of dishwashing powder is available in the cupboard under the sink. Place it into the dispenser on the inside of the dishwasher door.
3. Start the Dishwasher:
Close the door, select your desired wash program, and start the machine.
Baby Equipment Hire
The following items are available for hire (subject to availability):
Cots: $15.00 per night
Highchairs: $15.00 per night
Baby Bath: $15.00 per night
